Akshay is one amongst the Managing Partner at FCSL leading the accounting arm. Akshay is part of the accounting team of APEX Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd, one of the leaders of the Global Business Sector in Mauritius.

Akshay is responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies having USD 50M worth of Assets under Management. Akshay has exposure to offshore companies and local firms and is involved in advising clients on performance fee calculation and type of fund to set up including drafting Private Placement Memorandum, performed KYC for investors, and calculation of NAV. Akshay also worked at Deutsche Bank (Mauritius), prior to its acquisition. He holds a Bsc (Hons) Finance, from the University of Mauritius.
